Miia Kivipelto and Katie Palmer launch a special issue on “Women in Psychiatry 2021: Aging Psychiatry” in Frontiers of Psychiatry

FBHI´s Director Miia Kivipelto and our Senior Epidemiologist Katie Palmer are currently Guest Editing a Research Topic in Frontiers in Psychiatry, ‘Women in Psychiatry”.

Frontiers in Psychiatry has an Impact Factor of 4.157 and is now the world’s second most cited Psychiatry journal, with a CiteScore of 3.5 and a total of 38 million article views and downloads. This article collection focuses on the work of female scientists to highlight their contribution to Aging Psychiatry research.

The work presented in the research topic highlights the diversity of research performed across the entire breadth of Psychiatry research and presents advances in theory, experiment, and methodology with applications to compelling problems.

The Research Topic is open for submissions until 31st October 2021. To be considered for this collection, the first or last author should be a researcher who identifies as a woman. To read more about the collection, please see Frontiers in Psychiatry.
