A new addition to the FINGERS Brain Health Institute team
FINGERS Brain Health Institute is pleased to announce the appointment of Dinithi Perera as its new Project Manager/Operations Manager.
Dinithi will be responsible for the management & coordination of FBHI projects, including the activities of the “World-Wide FINGERS – first global network of multidomain dementia trials: Data harmonisation and data sharing” project and the FBHI Scientific Helpdesk.
With ten years’ experience in clinical research administration and management, Dinithi brings extensive insight into operations and project management. Dinithi joins the team, having worked as the Departmental Manager at the Ageing Epidemiology Research Unit, Imperial College London in the UK, part of the World-Wide FINGERS Network. Here, Dinithi led on resource management and project development and initiation, including contract negotiation, financial planning and ethical compliance.
At FBHI, Dinithi will work with FBHI’s Management and external stakeholders on the strategic and operational development of the Institute’s projects to further grow the FBHI’s mission.
